    Today, Trigon entered into an agreement with Apple Inc. to develop and host a web portal that will allow Apple product resellers, worldwide, to easily enroll customers in the popular AppleCare warranty program.

  • Trigon a Key Partner for the Channel Sales System.

    This multi-million dollar initiative started out as a competitive response by TELUS to Shaw’s initiative to launch a wireless service in western Canada; the threat of an offer combining wireline and wireless services from its major competitor drove TELUS to prioritize immediate development of an integrated offers capability.

    Trigon leveraged its experience with TELUS’ wireline and wireless systems to design, develop and deliver two of the key components of the new Unified Channel Sales System: Wireline Sales, which translates and submits the customer’s offer-based order to the wireline order capture system; and the Customer Service Agreement component, which creates the paper contract , including the customer’s accepted offer, that is signed by the customer. Trigon also designed the Market Offer Management Service that is central to configuring TELUS’ integrated market offers.

The Rewards Management System's database and web services are now supporting one million transactions per month from over twenty of TELUS' customer-facing front-line applications.

  • Trigon Selected to Participate in Billing Project.

    Irving Oil has selected Trigon to participate in a major billing system conversion project. Trigon is tasked with the transformation of a complex variety of hydro customer product, service and historical data from the incumbent billing system to Irving Oil's new billing system.
